Armed with a double degree in Law & Commerce, our legal wizard Rajeev Singhvi has over 27 years of experience in Banking & Finance. In this span of 27 years, he has dived deep into the world of finance working on auto-loan, commercial vehicle loan, white goods and consumer durables, enabling him to take a multi-disciplinary approach at work. Before sinking his teeth into his role as a Chairman of Saral Loan, he had been associated with Escorts Finance, Apple Finance & Transamerica Finance. An eternal learner and a go-getter, he is consistently upgrading his knowledge on technology and finance adding value to his professional front.
His last endeavour was with ICICI Bank as Regional Manager of Personal Loan, Mumbai. He leads by example and makes sure the growth goes beyond just business.
Known as a Compliance Marvel within the team, Anil Mathew holds an MBA in Finance. Armed with 25 years of experience in Banking & Capital Markets, Mathew has tremendous knowledge of Processes and Operations that he uses to create value at Saral Loan. He has been deeply involved in P&L Management, Treasury Management and People Relationship. He has handled products like Secured & Unsecured Loans, Working Capital Loans, SME Loans & Corporate Loans.
He started his career with Cargill Investor Services and later joined ICICI Bank in its Unsecured Business Division. He had also worked with Citibank NA in its Mortgage Business Division. Mathew’s achievements are a testimony to his astute ability to identify lacuna in compliance processes and effectively address them. Having realised the hurdles in getting a loan for an individual or small business despite having creditworthiness, he particularly intends for Saral Loan to make the loan availing process a seamless experience.
Syed Haseeb had been an adept manager of Personal Loan in ICICI Bank and has worked with Murugappa Group before he was bitten by the entrepreneurship bug. His work trajectory has led him to work on multiple disciplines – Industrial Sales and Marketing, Brand Building & Distribution Management and Unsecured Loan Distribution Management. A strategic planner by aptitude, he has been a serial entrepreneur and investor. As he takes up the chair of Directorship at Saral Loan, he macro manages the front-end of Saral Loan and invests himself in making sure that the short-term, as well as long-term vision of the organisation, is fulfilled to its optimum level at every stage of evolution.
With 20 years of experience in Banking, this tech maverick is driven by problem-solving and developing long-term relationships with customers. His authenticity is evident in every interaction he has at Saral Loan and beyond.
Makarand Mandke comes with over 20 years of cross-functional experience in NBFC, Retail Banking, Business Banking, Credit Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Collection, NPA and Higher Bucket Collection, Underwriting, Debt Management, Management Consulting, Board Advisory, Techno-Economic services and Engineering. Over the years, he has held many influential positions in reputed companies like UGRO Capital Limited, Bajaj Finserv, HSBC, Birla At & T Communications and many more. An MBA in finance, he has also secured a professional License for Surveyor and Loss Assessor from the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
He has a keen eye for proactively identifying and resolving problems, reversing negative sales trends, controlling costs & maximizing productivity that enables the organisation to function effectively and offer a customer-centric experience.
